A little Update

Still stewing, but I'm on here, so I might as well update a bit.

Dave and I have been going room by room cleaning, decluttering and organizing to begin the process of staging to sell. It's crazy! I am super sad because this is our home, our first home and I have loved everything about it! I still love each thing we did to it four years ago to make it ours. I am scared, excited and more to make decisions for our new home. The two things I have been stressed about are the exterior colors/proportions of material and the kitchen cabinets. The majority of my think time over this house goes to those two things. We have our plans almost finalized and now we're trying to find the right builder. We could be starting as early as early summer but it could be later summer still. Dave is eager to get our home up for sale. The field behind us that has been empty since being here is finally being developed and we feel a bit threatened. We hope the charm of our house and yard will swoop buyers off their feet.
